As a non-sectarian agency, JFS strives to improve the lives of the most vulnerable Lancaster Community residents. Our Jewish values of justice, compassion, and respect are the driving forces behind our efforts. JFS helps community residents who are facing eviction, utility shutoff, and other urgent needs. |
Medical EquipmentJewish Family Service lends wheelchairs, walkers, shower stools and chairs, bedside commodes, and more. JFS also accepts durable medical equipment donations to keep inventory for when it is needed. Please call us if you have equipment in good, clean condition. You can help us help assist others with your donation. |
EducationJewish Family Service hosts various education programs for the community. These programs focus on children and teens, seniors, medical or psychological conditions, etc. Look here for upcoming programs that we are planning for you. |
