Jordan Steffy
Jordan Steffy has dedicated his professional career to building and supporting high-performing organizations that advance societal progress and inclusion. He founded and leads Attollo, part of the Children Deserve a Chance Foundation, which supports diverse high school students to achieve academic excellence and attend their dream college through intensive leadership and rigorous academic programs. Under his leadership and vision, more than 1,500 students of color have gone on to become first-time college graduates while earning tens of millions in scholarships to the country's most prestigious universities over the last decade. Jordan is also a partner at Tekfen Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm, and serves in key advisory roles for both established and high-growth companies. He also currently serves on the board of Children Deserve A Chance Foundation, the High Foundation, and United Way of Lancaster. He is an adviser to VR company Status Pro and Traditions Bank.

Jordan earned his MBA from Columbia Business School, as well as a master's in Real Estate Development and a bachelor's in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland.
